It is time it was tackled and time Labour was shown up as a party which long ago deserted its own voters. Let us hope Mr Sunak and Ms Braverman (pictured) go to it with a will.

We know this because on a few astounding occasions they have blurted it out. If there is one thing which can place a clear, sharp distance between the Government and Sir Keir Starmer’s Labour Party, it is the issue of uncontrolled migration into this country.
